Thank you for using this application to report an issue to the City of Albany. According to city code (§313-47), property owners are responsible for keeping their properties maintained with regards to lawn and litter. DGS staff will inspect the property for any violations. If violations are found, the property owner will be notified and given ten business days to rectify any violations. After ten business days, DGS will re-inspect the property for compliance. If the property is still in violation, DGS will schedule a cleanup of the property and the owner will be billed. Please note that due to the high volume, these requests may take up to two weeks or more for DGS to clean.

Thank you but this is an ongoing problem and no one seems to require this mess out of sight. Yet, let someone put out a garbage can 2 hrs early and they get a notice. Why don't I see all the service complaints made about this mess on the address information. This business let's it's garbage overflow and fly around the neighborhood. Someone needs to deal with it! If you wait 10 days then 2 weeks all the garbage will be everywhere. There should be notices posted on this address.
