Trash & Debris in Public View (Not at Curb)Acknowledged172 N Allen St Albany, New York, 12206 - AlbanyThis building has trash all over the front yard. I don't believe the building is in use any longer, but the owner still has the responsibility to keep it looking presentable. There has been see click fix issues in the past on this property. Time to step up the enforcement. It's disgusting to walk by this mess!

Trash & Debris in Public View (Not at Curb)Acknowledged846 Madison Ave Albany, New York, 12208 - Pine HillsMadison Pizza and Subs continues to violate the trash ordinance daily and create vermin and health issues in the area. They consistently have upwards of 12 trash cans piled to double the height sometimes with trash that is accessible for people to tear into and scatter in the neighborhood, and for rats and cockroaches. It's disgusting and there's no excuse that this has not been addressed given it's in plain sight. Fine this business until they stop these violations. They are making a lot of money off their business if they generate this much trash and have a responsibility to hire a trash removal company that will remove it daily if necessary. Businesses should also be required to recycle. So much is going into the landfills because businesses and individual residents aren't recycling in areas where it's critical that they do so.

Trash & Debris in Public View (Not at Curb)AcknowledgedStephen St Albany, New York, 12202 - South EndHow many times do you need to contact the city for the same issue???? The properties in question are 30, 32 and 34 Stephen Street. For 4 weeks #34 has a door, wood and mattress. For the 2nd week #32 has not set their trash out. #30 did not set out their recyclables which is overflowing plus trash is all over the sidewalks because they do not put there trash in garbage bags. Look back into your system and this is the same issue residents have been complaining about for years.

Trash & Debris in Public View (Not at Curb)Acknowledged284 Elm St Albany, New York, 12202 - Hudson Park
This house has had overflowing trash cans and an old toilet in front of the house for over a month. It is disgusting!
As a matter of fact, why don't you crack down on these slum lords in this area?? From 245 Dove Street, up through 129, 127, 125, 123 Dove St, and the house on the corner of Dove & Elm Streets, they all have trash cans in front, alot of them are not set out on trash night, are full to the top and trash on ground. You are not supposed to have trash cans visible! You need to fine these property owners every day it's like that. I've also written to the mayor and the city council. Do something, Please. We shouldn't have to see and smell trash when we are walking.
